Area Residential Sales Report for December – Garland, TX

Buyers continue to buy and no inventory pushes prices higher.

sales were only down 14% but pending sales took a 15% hit. The average sales price increased 16%. Pending sales jumped 18%. New listings were no help to the low inventory situation off by 15%. The number of active listings declined 12% taking the months of inventory down to 0.5 months.

Sales: 166

Average Sales Price: $310,668

Median Sales Price: $289,000

Pending Sales: 138

New Listings: 142

Active Listings: 91

Months of Inventory: 0.5 months
