Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Frisco, TX
Inventory continued to shrink as prices rise.
Sales of homes fell 30% as compared to last November. Pending sales dropped 19%. Prices continued to rise with the average sale price climbing 31% and the median sales price up 31%. New listings were no help done 2%. The number of new listings fell 53% taking the months of inventory down to 0.3 months. That equates to a 9 Day supply at current absorption rates.
