Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Wylie, TX

Sales down prices up!

Sales were off by 15% compared to last year. Pending sales fell 20%. The average sales price increased 22 % and the median sales price climbed 12% New listings dropped 1%. The number of active listings came in 7% lower. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months.

Sales: 94

Average Sales Price: $415,778

Median Sales Price: $385,000

New Listings: 79

Active Listings: 52

Months Of Inventory: 0.5 months
