Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Far North Dallas

Sales up. Pending sales down. Priced way up!

Single family sales rose 7% compared to last November. Pending sales fell 6%. The average sales price jumped 31% while the median sales price climbed 25%. No help from new listings they were off by 14%. Active listings declined 61% taking the months of inventory down to 0.5 months.

Sales: 94

Average Sales Price: $725,332

Median Sales Price: $599,900

Pending Sales: 98

New Listings: 80

Active Listings: 51

Months of Inventory: 0.5 months
