Inhale … exhale … On the one hand, the holidays are gearing up and so must we. But on the other, we have made it through another ‘interesting’ year and, well, we just need to breathe a sigh of relief and celebrate our fortitude! Our thoughts have turned to family, friends, home and holiday gatherings, and below are some ideas to put us in the spirit. My thoughts are also turned, of course, to the housing market. After the first of the year, sales and showing activity will start picking up. If you are contemplating a move and want to be ready, now is the time to put together a game plan.
