Dallas Area Residential Sales Report For October – Celina, TX

Home sales were off by 37%. Pending sales fell 5%. The average sales price rose 14% while the median sales price jumped up 25%. New listings decline 9%. Active listings came in 44% lower than last October. months of inventory is at 1.1. months.
