Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Wylie, TX

Same old song. Sales Down. Priced Up

Sales fell 21%  in October compared to the same time last year. Pending sales were off  by 18%. Not a positive sigh for November sales. The average sales price increased 18% while the median sales price jumped 23% as buyers had to move up in price range to find that dream home. New listings provided no relief being down 18%. Active listings declined 19% and the months of inventory now is at 0.5 months.

Average Sales Price: $415,130

Median Sales Price: 440,000

Pending Sales: 108

New Listings: 93

Months of Inventory: 0.5 months
