Far North Dallas bucked the tend with positive sales.

home sales rose 16 in Far North Dallas in October. Pending sales were also positive up 2% The average sales price jumped 32% while the median sales price increased 28%. New listings did not help supply off by 22%. The number of active listings decline 56% taking the months of inventory down to 0.7 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
