Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Celina, TX

Sales retreat as prices rise.

Sales took a 37% fall in September. Pending Sales did better only off by 5%. prices continue to increase with the average sales price up14% and the median sales price increasing by 25% as compared to last September.  new listings declined 9%. Active Listings dropped 44% taking the months of inventory down to 1.1 months.

Median Sales Price: $452,180

Pending Sales: 73

New Listings: 62

Active Listings: 59

Months of Inventory: 1.1 months
