Home sales fell 15% compared to last September. pending sales took a 28% tumble. not a positive note for October sales. The average sales price rose 27%. Median sales price came in with a 29% increase. Due to the shortage of inventory and higher prices, buyers are having a difficult time and new listing did not help the situation down 21%. The number of active listings was 8% lower. The months of Inventory is at 0.4 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
