Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Frisco, TX
Sales Down. Prices up sharply!
Home sales fell by 15% in September as compared to last September. Pending sales were worse off by 19%. The average sales price jumped 37% while the median sales price climbed 25%. New listings did not help the supply situation down 18%. New listing were 53% lower. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
