Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Garland, TX
Sales fall sharply as sale prices rise.
Sale took a 22% tumble compared to last September. Pending sales did rise 5%. The average sales price increased by 11% while the median sales price climbed17%. New listings saw a 19% rise which is certainly helpful for buyers. New listingsĀ were 6% higher. The bad news is the months of inventory (a measure of supply/ demand) is still very low at 0.8 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
