Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September
Sales have declined for the 4 month in a row
Sales fell by 3 % compared to last August. Pending sales were off by 5%. Economics 101 supply and demand is working perfectly. Low supply plus high demand equals rising prices. The average sales price increased 18% while the median sales price rose 19%. We did see 1 % increase in New listings but the active listing came in with a 23% decrease.
