Your North Texas News Letter

It’s fall, y’all! And it’s actually starting to feel like it. Along with the typical signs of the season – cool-to-crisp mornings, pumpkins on porches, Halloween candy displays at the store – there are signs in the real estate world, too. It may not be as busy a season as spring for selling homes, but things are definitely moving thanks to the continued low inventory situation, low mortgage rates and high buyer demand, especially from out of state. I hope you are able to take time and celebrate the joys of October. Below is a current market update and a sample of fall fun happening around North Texas this month.
