Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Garland, TX

Garland is a popular area for first time Buyers

Garland bucked the trend with home sales up 2%. However pending sales declined by 24%. The average sales price came in with a 15% increase as did the median sales price. The number of new listings declined by 10% compared to last August. Active listings were off by 18% and the months of inventory fell to 0.7 months. 6 months is considered a balance market.
