Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for August – Plano, TX

Inventory down. Sales down. prices up.

Homes sales fell 5% in Plano compared to last August. Pending sales were off by 20%. The average sales price  jumped up 20% and the median sales price showed a 18% rise. New listings came in down 8%. Active listing dropped by 42%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.7 months.
