Technically it’s still summer. But if you’re like me, once we hit Labor Day, we convince ourselves it’s time for sweaters, boots, football and our favorite seasonal coffee drink – even if the thermometer suggests otherwise! The North Texas market is still healthy, even with an expected bit of a pause as we collectively switch gears, getting children back into school or off to college, wrapping up summer travel and catching our breath during the ongoing health crises.
