Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Celina TX
Sales of sharply but price shoot up.
Home sales dropped by 49% in June. Pending sales did much better coming in only flat. The real story was the 58% increase in the average sales price and the 36% rise in the median sales price. Buyers really went after the higher priced homes pulling these averages up. New listings declined by 9% and the number of active listings came in down 58% as compared to last July. Months of inventory now stands at 0.9 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
