Remote closings were a response by title companies to the COVID-19 virus but they are remaining popular especially with work  at home buyers. I’ve only had one client this year actually close at the title company office.

Marc and Caitlin are at their old home in McKinney closing on their new home in Sachse. They has another advantage. They used my lending company partner Prosperity Mortgage and were able to electronically sign most of the documents in advance.
