Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Frisco, TX
Sales down but prices continue to rise.
Home sales fell 19% in July compared to last July. Pending sales were off by 17%. Looks like August sales will be down. The average sale price increased 30% while the median sales price increased 25%. New listings weren’t any help off 8%. The number of act rive listings dropped 52%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.8 months. The months of inventory is a measure of supply/demand. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
