Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Allen, TX

Prices up sharply as sales fall.

Single family home sales fell 21% compared to last July. Pending sales were off by 17%. not positive for August. The average sales price shot up 21% as did the median sales price. There was a 9% increase in the number of new listings but the active listings still came in 52% lower. The months of inventory at 0.6 months is one of the lowest in the area.
