Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Garland, TX
Not much to buy in Garland.
Home sales fell 16% in July compared to last July. Pending sales were down 18%. As in other areas price continued to rise with the average ales price up 18% and the median sales price climbing 20%. Buyers had to go up in the price ranges to find that dream home. While new listings rose 8% active listings came in 36% lower. The months of inventory is at 0.8 months. Garland has one of the smallest number of homes available in the area.
