Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Frisco, TX

Same story as other areas. Prices up. Inventory down.

 

Home sales rose 10% compared to last June. Pending sales however were off by 5%. The average sales price increased by 17% and the median sales price was up by 18%. New listings came in flat while the active fell 69% taking the months fo inventory down to 0.5 months.

Sales: 445

Average Sales Price: $623,647

Median Sales Price: $550,000

Pending Sales: 434

New Listings: 483

Active Listings: 187

Months of Inventory: 0.5 months
