Single family home sales declined 4% in June. Pending sales fell 13%. The average sales price increased 15% and the median sales price jumped 22% as buyers moved up in the p[rice ranges to find that dream home. New listings didn’t help out the cause falling 2%. The number of active listings was 44% lower than last June. Months of inventory dropped to 0.7 months.
