Buyers were out in force in May!

Last May we were still in lock downs so the year over year comparisons are still skewed.
Sales really took off on Far North Dallas up 93%. Pending sales saw a 8% rise. The average sales price climbed 31% while the median sales price increased 27%. We are still seeing a reluctance of sellers putting they homes on the market. The number of new listings fell 14%. Active listings were 60% lower. The months of inventory now stands at 0.8 months.
