April was the first full month of the lock down so the numbers are a little skewed.
Prices up sharply!

Sales were up 40% compared to last April. Pending sales jumped 52%. The average sales price rose 40% while the median sales price climbed 26%. New listings came in 29% higher but with all the sales the number of active listings declined by 79% taking the months of inventory down to 0.4 months. Supply is very tight and there are a lot of buyers out there competing for the same house. Eventually this shortage will start to effect sales.
