Sales and prices rise sharply!
April was the first full month of the Covid-19 shutdown So the year over year comparisons a a little skewed.

home sales jumped 28% as compared to last year. Pending sales were up even more at a 35% rise. Average Sales Price climbed 25% while the median sales price saw a 18% increase. The number of new listings increased 28% but with all the sales the number of active listings declined by 71%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months. Not a lot for buyers to choose from.
