Sales and prices jump!

April was the first full month of the Covid-19 lock down so the comparisons are skewed.
Home sales jumped 62% as compared to last April. Pending sales rose 43%. The average sales price was up 39% while the median sales price came in with a 34% rise. New listings climbed 25% but with all the sales the number of active listings fell 76%. The months of inventory is at 0.5 months. That means at current absorption rates the supply of homes would be exhausted in 15 days.
