April 2020 was the first full month of the lock down due to the virus so monthly comparisons with be skewed.
Garland home sales came in up 15% in April. Pending sales climber 14%. The average sales price was a rise of 15% while the median sales price climbed 17%. new listings had a small increase of 3%. Active listings dropped 66% taking the months of inventory down to 0.5 months. That’s a 15 day supply!
