Single family home sales fell by 17% in March as compared to last year. However, pending sales rose 25%. Looks like we just had some closing delayed. The Average sales price increased by 27% and the median sales price was up 23%. When it cane to new listings Frisco was no different than other North Texas Markets with listings down 14% and active listings off by 82%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.4 months. That means at current sales levels the supply of homes available would be exhausted in 12 Days.
