Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Allen, TX

Prices up. Inventory down!

Sales fell 8% but pending sales rose 28%. The average sales price saw a 12% rise while the median sales price climbed 16%. Buyers were snapping up higher priced prosperities. While we did see a 3% increase in the number of new listings, this did not help. With all the sales that occurred, the number of active listings declined by 88% taking the months of inventory down to 0.2 months.
