Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Wylie. TX
Sales down. Inventory non-existent!

Single family sales declined 8% in March compared to last March. Pending sales dropped 1%. The average sales price rose 8% and the median sales price was also up 8%. Now to the huge problem. The number of new listings fell by 20%. Active listings came in 88% lower. The months of inventory now stands at 0.2 months. That means that at current sales levels, the supply of home available would be exhausted in 6 day!
