Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Garland, TX

Home sales rose 6% compared to last March. However, pending sales fell 6%. Buyers are paying higher prices with the average sales price rising 10% and the median sales price up 15%. New listings declined 9% and active listings were down by 71%. There is just not much out there to choose from if you are a buyer with the months of inventory now at 0.4 months.
