Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Plano, TX
Prices keep going up as supply falls!

Sales fell 4% in March but pending sales climbed 7%. The average sales price rose 29% while the median sales price increased 12%. There is a total mismatch between sellers and buyers with way to many buyers and to few sellers. New listings declined 14%. The number of active listings dropped 78% as compared to last March. Months of inventory is now at 0.4 months. That means that it would only take 12 days to exhaust the current inventory!
