Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Richardson, Tx
Prices up sharply!
March saw a 8%decline in the number of home sales. Pending sales however were up by 6%. Buyers continue to pay higher prices for homes with the average sales price increasing 26% and the median sales price rising 15% compared to last March. New listings were off by 5%. Active listings were down by 60%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.5 months. That means that at current absorption rates the supply of homes available would be exhausted in 15 days!
