Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Far North Dallas
Inventory could not keep up with sales

Home sales were up a whopping 51% in March compared to last March. Pending sales climbed 20%. The average sales price rose 12% while the median sales price increased 2%. New listings came in with a 32% jump but this could not keep up with all the sales so the active listings dropped by 67%. Months of inventory now stands at 0.7 months.
