Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Far North Dallas

Prices up!

Home Sales climberd18% as compared to last February. Pending sales rose 19%. Looks like March will be positive in this area. The average sales price increased 15% while the median sales price came in with a 10% gain. As in other areas of North Texas, we saw a decline in the number of new listings. In this case new listings were off by 42%. Thee number of active listings fell by 59%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.8 months.
