Inventory falls as buyers snap up homes
Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Frisco, TX
Home sales shot up 40% as compared to last October. Pending sales climbed 25%. The average sales price rose 3% while the median sales price increased 4%. Supply had no help from new listings as they fell 7%. With all the sales active listings declined by 72% taking the months of inventory down to 0.8 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
