Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Far North Dallas
Single Family home sales jumped 32% as compared to last October. Pending sales rose 5%. The average price increased 2% while the median sales price came in flat. These increases in prices were much smaller that in other sub areas and the over all market. See the Dallas Area Residential Sales Report posted Monday. Inventories continue to shrink with new listings falling 8% and active listings dropping 39%. The months of inventory is now at 2 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.
