Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Celina, TX

September saw home sales climb 51% as compared to last September. Pending sales did even better up 67%. The average sales price increased 9% while the medina sales price fell 1%. New listings rose 21% but that was not enough to keep up with thee sales so the active listings declined 53% taking the months of inventory down to 1.3 months.
