Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Frisco, TX

Home sales were up a strong 42% and pending sales rose 34% so we can anticipate good sales in October. The average sales price increased 4% while the median sales price climbed 7%. The shortage of homes for sale causing buyers to move up their price point. New listings fell 9%. Active listing declined 66% taking the months of inventory down to 1.1 months. This very low inventory will start to effect sales going forward as buyers have a hard time finding that dream home and when they do they will face stiff competition from other buyers.

Median Sales Price: $ 415,000

Pending Sales: 389

New Listings: 333

Active Listings: 349

Months of Inventory: 1.1
