Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Garland, TX
Homes sales were 28% higher than last September. Pending sales climber 17%. The average sales price rose16% while the median sales price climbed12%. Now for the bad news. New listings declined 15% and active listings took a 66% hair cut. with the shortage of new listings combined with all the sales the months of inventory fell to 0.7 months. this extremely low level will make it much harder for a buyer to find that dram home and when they do they can expect to be in a multiple offer situation!
