Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for July – Carrollton/ Farmers Branch
Not sure why, but buyers were not jumping all over Carrollton and Farmers Branch homes in July. Sales were only up 2% and pending sale fell 2%. The average sales price dropped 1%. The median sales price rose 6%. New listings fell 9% while the number of active listings declined 39% taking the months of inventory down to 1.3 months.
