Dallas Area Residential Sale Report for June – Prosper TX
No one can complain about the sales numbers in January with sales up 48% and pending sales rising 68%. The average sale price declined 10% while the median sale price fell 4%.
New listings declined 36%. with all the sales and not very many new listings the active listings took a 63% decline taking the months of inventory to 2.7 months.
