Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Allen TX

Buyers were gobbling up Allen homes in June. Home sales were 17% higher while pending sales shot up 39%! The average sales price declined 4%. The median sale price fell 2%. New listings dropped by 11%. The big problem going forward is going to be the extreme shortage of properties available. With all the sale and pending sales the number of active listings shrank by 45% taking the months of inventory down o 1.2 months.
