Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Garland TX
Home sales in Garland were up 8% in June as compared to last year. Pending sales rose 3%. The average sales price increase 9% while the median sale priced climbed 10%. New listings fell 13%. Active Listings declined by 28% taking the months of inventory down to 1.3 months. This very low inventory is going going to have an effect on the market as buyer find it much harder to find that dream home.
