Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May – Frisco, TX
Home sales were effected by the COVID-19 virus in May with sales drown 30%. These sales reflect contracts entered into in March and April. I May buyers returned to the market and pushed up pending sales by 17%. The averaeg sales price rose 8% while the median sales price eked out a 1% gain. New listings contracted 13% while active listings fell 43%. The months of inventory is now at 2.1 months. This very low supply will cause problems for buyers going forward.
