Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Frisco, TX
The CORVID-19 Virus hit Frisco home sales hard. Sales fell 25% as compared to last April. Pending sales decreased 33%. The average and median sales prices both dropped 2%. As in othe areas, we saw a sharp pull back in the number of new listings down 30%. The number of active listings came in 33% lower. Months of Inventory is now at 2.3 months.
