Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Celina TX
We will not begin to see the effects of the COVID-19 virus until we get the April numbers.
March home sales were flat. Pending sales however came in up 31%! The average sales price rose 14% while the median sales price increased 2%. Those numbers seem a little strange. Not sure what caused it. The number of new listings was also flat. Active listings fell 27% taking the months of inventory down to 3.6 months.
