Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Prosper, TX
We will not begin to see the effects of the CORVID-19 virus on the market until we get the April numbers.
We Prosper was humming in March. Home sale were up 21% and pending sales jumped 29%. The average sales price declined 3%. Median sales price was down 4%. Looks like some builders were doing some discounting. The number of new listings fell 6% while the active listings declined 16%. The months of inventory came in at 3.6 months.
